Elvis T.V. and Elvis at the Chenile Shop Hwy. 49. D. C. Young lives in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was raised in western Kentucky and studied photography at the University of Kentucky. She has been an artist-in-residence at the École nationale de la photographic in Aries, France, and at the University of Memphis. She has published in books and magazines and exhibited in group and one-person exhibitions throughout France, Mississippi, and Florida. Her photographs are in the collection of the Mississippi Museum of Art and other public collections.
